Member of the cod family with a sweet and mild taste. Lightly floured and seared, topped with a lemon-butter caper sauce served with fingerling potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Member of the cod family with a sweet and mild taste. Panko crusted and oven-roasted topped with sliced tomatoes, balsamic drizzle and chiffonade basil. Served with jasmine rice and roasted asparagus.

Salmon Marsala

Pan seared salmon with shallots, sliced crimini mushrooms and a Marsala demi glaze. Served with mashed potatoes and roasted asparagus.

Dessert Course

Hot Fudge or Strawberry Sundae

Broadway’s vanilla ice cream topped with your choice of hot fudge or strawberries. Served with whipped cream, and a cherry on top.

Porchetta

Pork Belly is brined for 24 hours and seasoned with Tuscan herbs and spices. Rolled and slow roasted for hours, served over Tuscan potatoes and asparagus and topped with a pear and apple mostarda.

Grilled Salmon

Grilled salmon over a bed of sauteed baby spinach with cannellini beans, prosciutto and confit garlic and finished with a blood orange crème.

Shrimp Pomodoro

Pan-seared shrimp are tossed with garlic, shallots, and seasoned plum tomatoes in a light white wine-tomato sauce and topped with fresh local basil.
