WORCESTER, Mass., May 2007 – Robb and Madeleine Ahlquist, owners of three of the Worcester area’s most popular restaurants, today announced the formation of Worcester Restaurant Group to provide administrative and consulting services for its restaurants.

Two of their restaurants, The Sole Proprietor, 118 Highland St., and One Eleven Chop House, 111 Shrewsbury St., have won many local and national awards, in addition to being among the most successful restaurants in central Massachusetts. Their third restaurant, VIA, which is adjacent to the One Eleven Chop House at 89 Shrewsbury St., opened in April.

“With our third restaurant now open, it is more efficient to have a single entity to handle all of the administrative details and marketing opportunities that come with operating three distinctly different restaurants,” said Robb Ahlquist.
