111 Names New Chefs

111 names new chefs: The 111 Chop House at 111 Shrewsbury St. recently welcomed award-winning chef Stefano Zimei of Leominster as executive chef and Benjamin Stevens of Boylston as chef de cuisine. Zimei's been the executive chef at a bunch of Boston restaurants, most recently at Sidney's Grille at The Hotel at MIT, as well as at The Gallia in the South End and at The Federalist on Beacon Hill. Stevens comes to us from Smith and Wollensky, the well-known Boston steakhouse.
